Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed. Shipping days DO NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS. You will receive a notification with your tracking number. Please make sure that you track your package so that you're aware of when it will arrive.
LipFreakLA is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. Please contact your shipping carrier for any status updates on undelivered/lost packages. Once an item has shipped and if you have questions on the status of your package, please contact the delivery service directly. We highly recommend that you inspect your package for any potential damage during transit. LipFreakLA is not responsible for any stolen ,damaged or melted products. Please be mindful and track your delivery time so that your products are not sitting outside unattended/exposed to extreme weather.
Returns/Exchanges
LipFreakLA wants everyone to be happy, excited and satisfied with their purchases, however, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. All sales are final. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
If you receive a wrong item or if there is any issues with your order, please contact LipFreakLA within 24 hours of receiving your package via e-mail with your full name, order number, photo of product (if applicable) and full details regarding the issue and we will gladly review and provide a resolution as soon as possible.
Please make sure to double check your shipping address when placing an order. If your package is returned due to an invalid/incorrect address, a new shipping fee will need to be paid in order to re-ship your items.
